Most are aboard a beautiful Beneteau 393, with a Bimini to shade the sun. Whether it’s sailing to anchor and swim, cruising along the skyline at sunset, a bachelorette party, fireworks cruise, or you name it, we tailor our cruises to the satisfaction of our clients.

We’re hired on boats from companies all over the city, in several harbors. You choose the boat, then hire the captain, for a cruise through the locks into the Chicago River. Or, anchor in the Playpen and frolic in the cool clear waters of Lake Michigan. On Wednesday or Saturday nights, watch the fireworks off Navy Pier, a view most people never see.

We work with RentChicago Boats out of River City on one (or two for a float-zilla) of their generous-sized pontoon boats. A three-hour sightseeing cruise along the river, (at night to watch the fireworks). Or, for a longer trip, cruise out onto the lake and drop the hook for a dip in one of two dedicated anchorages.

If you have a sailboat or powerboat that needs to be brought to or from another harbor, we have decades of experience crossing the lake, or can recommend an experienced delivery captain.

Ten years of experience teaching big boat sailing to members of Pinnacle Yachts fractional ownership program. Eighteen years teaching co-ed teens big boat sailing through the Sea Scouts program. Certified ASA (now American Sailing) Instructor for Keelboat Sailing, Coastal Cruising, Bareboat Chartering, Navigation.
